When you begin using the free version of our Descriptio maps (only one location or less) DragonNet Technologies, Ltd. collects only your email address and password. Relax, we'll never give your email address to another party and we'll only send you information on more of our own products if you request. No spam from us, that's a promise. When you purchase an enhanced version of our Descriptio maps, we have to collect more information, such as your name, address, credit card number, etc. This is all handled by our credit card processor, WorldpayTM. For more about what they do with you information, look here. We do, of course, need to record all the information you use for building maps. We keep your map designs on our server so that you can easily edit and download them.
Remember, you are responsible for all actions taken with your Username and Password. So don't disclose your password to anyone you don't trust. If you feel your password has been compromised, then change it here!
Finally, we're all good citizens at DragonNet Technologies. We therefore will respond to a verified request by law enforcement officers or other government officials relating to a criminal investigation or alleged illegal activity.
